Our ADHD coaching packages are a powerful tool for individuals with ADHD. Anita is professionally trained to help you with your ADHD. You will develop strategies and skills to manage your symptoms and improve your functioning in all areas of life. We’ll work together to identify your biggest challenges and frustrations. Then use a range of tools and strategies to help you to take control and begin to overcome these issues.
Some of the common areas we work through include techniques to help you to break tasks down into smaller, more manageable steps. Prioritising tasks, and creating realistic schedules or routines. We often look at addressing time management challenges and explore using reminders or visual aids to stay on track. We can also provide accountability and support to help you to stay motivated and focused on your goals.
Whether you self identify as ADHD, are newly diagnosed or have lived with ADHD for a number of years and want to work on some specific challenges we have ADHD Coaching Packages to suit you. We offer a friendly and supportive environment to help you to really take control and smash your goals.
